Alexander Winner Academy Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures Alexander Winner Academy (“AWA”) follow regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the AWA website and related services (“Services”). Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we will not use or share your personal information with anyone. This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information we collect through other means (including offline) or other sources.
Information Collection and Use
AWA uses the personal information we collect to provide services, analyze how the Services are used, diagnose service or technical issues, maintain security, personalize content, remember information to help you access your account effectively, monitor aggregate metrics such as total visitor counts, traffic, and demographic patterns, and, where necessary, track user content and users to comply with applicable laws.
Information Provided by Users: If you register a member account in the Services, please provide us with information about yourself, such as your name and email address. We may use your email address to send you Service-related notices (including any notices required by law, in lieu of mailed communications). With your consent, we may also use your contact information to send you marketing messages, primarily but not limited to those concerning investment opportunities. We encourage you to opt in to receive such messages, as this is an integral part of the Services. If you communicate with us via email, we may retain your email content, your email address, and our replies.
Cookies: When you access the Service, we may send one or more cookies (small data files) to your computer to uniquely identify your browser and allow AWA to help you log in faster and enhance your navigation on the website. Cookies may convey anonymous information to us about how you browse the Service but do not collect personal information about you. Persistent cookies remain on your computer after you close your browser so that your browser can use them on subsequent visits to the Service. You can delete persistent cookies by following your web browser's instructions. Session cookies are temporary and disappear when you close your browser. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or indicate when cookies are sent. However, if you disable the ability to accept cookies, some functions of the Service may not work properly.
Log Files: Your browser automatically reports log file information each time you visit a webpage. When you use this Service, our servers automatically record certain information sent by your web browser when you visit any website. These server logs may include information such as your network requests, Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses, browser types, referrer/exit pages and URLs, click counts, domains, login pages, viewed pages, and other such information.
Clearing GIF Information: When you use this service, we may use transparent GIFs (also known as web beacons) to anonymously track our users’ online usage patterns. Using these transparent GIFs does not collect personally identifiable information from your AWA account. Additionally, we may use transparent GIFs in HTML-based emails sent to users to track which emails recipients have opened. This information is used to achieve more accurate reporting and to enable AWA to better serve our users.
Third-Party Services: AWA may use Google Analytics or other such services to help understand service usage. Such software collects information that your browser sends as part of a webpage request, including cookies and your IP address. Google Analytics and other deployed services of this kind also receive this information, and their use of this information is governed by their privacy policies.
How We Share Your Information
Personally Identifiable Information: AWA may share your personally identifiable information with third parties to provide you with services. If we do so, such third-party use of your information will be subject to this Privacy Policy. We may store personal information in locations outside of AWA's direct control (e.g., on servers or databases in the same location as a hosting service provider).
As we grow our business, we may buy or sell assets or business products. Customer, email, and visitor information are often among the business assets transferred in such transactions. We may also transfer or assign such information during a company divestiture, merger, or dissolution.
We may share or disclose your information with your consent, for example, if you choose to log in to the service through a third-party service. We have no control over such third-party use of your information.
AWA may disclose your personal information if required by law or subpoena, or if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with laws, regulations, or legal requirements; to protect the safety of any person; to resolve fraud, security, or technical issues; or to protect AWA's rights or property.
Non-personally identifiable information: We may share non-personally identifiable information (e.g., anonymized usage data, referrer/exit pages and URLs, platform type, click count, etc.) with third parties to help them understand usage patterns of certain AWA services.
AWA may allow third-party ad servers or ad networks to serve advertisements on the service. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send ads and links displayed on AWA directly to your browser. When this happens, they automatically receive your IP address. They may also use other technologies, such as cookies, JavaScript, or web beacons, to measure the effectiveness of their ads and personalize ad content. AWA does not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks without your consent. However, please note that if an advertiser requests AWA to show ads to a specific audience, and you respond to that ad, the advertiser or ad server may conclude that you match the description of the audience they are trying to reach. AWA's privacy policy does not apply to third-party advertisers, and we have no control over the activities of third-party advertisers. For more information, please see the respective privacy policies of these advertisers.
How We Protect Your Information
AWA uses commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to maintain the integrity and security of your personal information. However, we cannot ensure or guarantee the security of any information you transmit to AWA, nor can we guarantee that your information on the Service will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed in violation of any of our physical, technical, or administrative safeguards.
If personal information is compromised due to a security breach, AWA will immediately notify the person whose personal information was compromised, in accordance with the notification procedures set forth in this Privacy Policy or other requirements of applicable law.
Your Choice of Information
Of course, you can refuse to submit personally identifiable information through this Service. In this case, AWA may be unable to provide you with certain services. You can update or correct your account information and email preferences at any time by logging into your account.
Privacy of Children and Adolescents
AWA does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18, nor does it knowingly allow such persons to register for this Service. If we discover that we have collected personal information from children or adolescents under the age of 18, we will take steps to delete that information.
Links to Other Websites
We are not responsible for the practices adopted by websites linked to or from this Service, nor for the information or content contained therein. Our Privacy Policy ceases to apply when you use a link to navigate from the Service to another website. Your browsing and interaction on any other websites, including those linked to on our website, are governed by those websites' own rules and policies.
Changes to Privacy Policy
If we change our privacy policy and procedures, we will post those changes on this page to let you know what information we collect, how we use that information, and under what circumstances we may disclose that information. Changes to this privacy policy will take effect when posted on this page, and AWA has no obligation to provide notice of any such changes. AWA recommends that you review this privacy policy at your chosen intervals.
